Heroes of Newerth

-I have been playing this DotA style game for about a year now and needless to say I am a huge fan. It not only improves on many aspects of the game, it is also equally as fun, which is rare for game remakes. Many of the heroes from the original game were ported into HoN and there are also many new heroes created by the community and S2 in the game aswell.
-The one downside is the sometimes unforgiving community, and this is why I only recommend that people who are farmiliar to DotA style games to play. If anyone is interested they can send their e-mail adress to me and I'll shoot them a free trial key good for 10 unrated games. I hope other people will enjoy this game as I do, and don't hesitate to recommend some good PC games for me in your comment!

More Music

As you can see from my last blog post, I am a huge fan of Primus and other music of that genre, but what many people might be surprised about is that I am also a huge fan of country music. I am however very picky and the majority of the country music I hear isn't to my likeing. My favorite country band recently has been Alabama. Any time I hear one of their songs I just can't help but to sing along. Here's one great song by Alabama entitled Dixieland Delight.

Primus

I've recently been listening to a lot of Primus and I've become obsessed with them. Les Claypool is a bass god, and Jay Lane on drums is almost equally amazing. I love the blend of funk, metal and rock. One of my all time favorite songs by Primus is Frizzle Fry from the album entitled Frizzle Fry.

TPMs

Sorry for not posting in a while! I was busy with school...
I found this awesome thing called TPM from the blog A(+)cademic Floods (http://academicfloods.blogspot.com/)! It's kind of a lame blog by some teacher but TPMs really provoked my mind...
This weeks TPM is about children. I've always wondered why they were so small! Turns out that I'm just naiive because they are actually just far away! That's why they appear so small! It's simple. Alright for my fellow followers I ask that you respond to this with some cool TPMs of your own. Happy posting!

Good Movies

I recently got Netflix and I'm very excited to start using it, but I can't think of what movies I want to watch. I generally like dark comedies, good suspense movies, weird movies, and movies with a mindfuck. If any of you guys have any good movies to recommend, please leave them in a comment!

College Visits

I just got back Washington state, where I visited University of Puget Sound and University of Washington. They were both nice schools with nice campuses. UPS is a smaller liberal arts school where as UW is a large state school. I liked both of them and am seriously considering them, but the downside is that it's so rainy in Seattle/Tacoma. What schools does everyone go to, and what schools would you recommend me to look at?

Books

Does anyone have any books to recommend for me? I've been looking for some good ones lately because I haven't been reading all that much. I would like some sci-fi novels, historical fiction, and all around good books to add to my repertoire. Please comment with some good books! In return I present to you one of my favorite books

Cape Horn

I really like to travel and Cape Horn in Chile seems like a beautiful place to visit. I have been to South America before but never to Chile. This picture right here really shows the beauty of the island.
